Wedding Packages

Wedding Packages

ALL packages include Coordinator EVENT DAY HOURS OF 8:30AM-10:00PM.

I Do Package

$1550

  • (1) meeting with Bride prior to the event
  • Communicate with Vendors at the event & provide event timeline.
  • Keep the event on schedule according to timeline
  • Make sure the day runs smoothly for the Bride & Groom.
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE SET-UP/CLEAN-UP SERVICES
  • ONLY FOR EVENT WITH GUESTS LIST OF 100 OR LESS.

The Perfect Day Package

$2,000

Everything in the I Do Package PLUS:

  • Assist Bride with her “vision” and give recommendations as needed.
  • (1) Coordinator Assistant 
  • (2) extra hours the day before for rehearsal time. 
  • Coordination of snacks for the Bridal party.
  • Coordinator will become the point of contact person for vendors 30 days prior to the event.
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE SET-UP/CLEAN-UP SERVICES
  • Guests count must NOT exceed 150


Forever & Always Package

$3,500

Everything in The Perfect Day Package 

PLUS:

  • (2) additional meetings with the Bride prior to the event
  • Decorating/Set-up of wedding and reception venue. (Bride must provide all decorations and rentals)
  • A professional Event Decorator 
  • (2) additional staff to assist with set-up/clean-up. 
  • Guests count must not exceed 200

Add-on Costs

Event Assistant - $375 (REQUIRED for events that exceed their package guests count MAX )

Set-up/Clean-up Crew- $150 per staff member. (2 INCLUDED IN the Forever & Always Package.)

Bridal/Bridal Party Assistant- $450 

  • Assists Bride/Bridal Party throughout the day with various tasks and needs. 
  • Keeps Bride on schedule while getting ready and during pictures. 
  • Provides Bridal party with the event timeline and makes sure and they are where they need to be at all times. 

Cake Cutting- $75 (cuts the cakes)
